About the role

The Program Director is responsible for the strategic and operational development, positioning, performance, and delivery of the Executive MBA portfolio at WHU. This role involves leading the Program Operations Team and ensuring a high-quality, participant-focused experience while collaborating with academic directors, faculty, and international partners. The position plays a key role in the successful launch and management of EMBA programs within the school's executive education strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Program Operations Team in collaboration with academic leadership.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and participant-focused program delivery.
• Contribute to the development and launch readiness of the new WHU EMBA Program.
• Manage the end-to-end student experience, including service, engagement, and support.
• Develop and implement program-specific business plans, budgets, and performance measures.
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure program delivery supports academic objectives.
• Represent the EMBA programs externally at corporate, alumni, and recruiting events.
