Security Engineering Lead

About the role

Attio is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to build and manage the company's Product Security function. This role involves securing a large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform, leading incident response, and recruiting a world-class team of security professionals. You will work closely with engineering leadership to ensure the platform remains secure by design as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function.
• Secure Attio’s large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform and sensitive customer data.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure-by-design practices.
• Mitigate risks and attack vectors associated with AI-driven features and AI-assisted development.
• Lead production security incident response and drive remediation efforts.
• Recruit and retain a high-quality team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.
