Program Manager, Technology Capital Builds

About the role

The Program Manager executes Technology Capital Builds by creating alignment across Real Estate, Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and Corporate Security teams. This role is responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions for capital build-outs, including new offices, industrial labs, and datacenters, ensuring all infrastructure is ready for operational use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new sites launch with secure and reliable ISP connectivity, network infrastructure, and low voltage systems.
• Deliver Capital Builds commitments through coordination across internal teams, construction partners, and vendors.
• Ensure AV systems across conference rooms and venues deliver a consistent user experience.
• Integrate access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems into the built environment.
• Provide leadership with visibility into portfolio status, key decisions, and risks.
• Establish standards and documentation to enable repeatable execution across the global portfolio.
• Manage procurement, budgets, and vendor investments.
• Mitigate delivery risks to protect project outcomes and business continuity.
