Solution Consultant Intern

About the role

The Solution Consultant Intern will join the EMEA Solution Consulting team to support the onboarding and growth of sellers within the Mirakl Connect ecosystem. This role involves guiding sellers through technical onboarding, optimizing catalogue management using AI-based tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the seller experience. The intern will contribute to scaling processes through documentation and automation while gaining exposure to enterprise SaaS operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect.
• Guide sellers through key onboarding steps and deliver clear enablement sessions.
• Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues.
• Contribute to scaling onboarding by creating and improving documentation, guides, and internal content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams to capture feedback.

Qualifications
