Program Director - Executive MBA Program

About the role

The Program Director is responsible for the strategic and operational development, positioning, performance, and delivery of the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA and the WHU EMBA programs. This role involves leading the Program Operations Team, managing the end-to-end student experience, and collaborating with academic and administrative stakeholders to ensure high-quality program delivery. The position requires a focus on business planning, budget management, and continuous improvement to support the school's executive education strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Program Operations Team in collaboration with academic leadership.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and participant-focused program delivery.
• Contribute to the development and launch readiness of the new WHU EMBA program.
• Manage the end-to-end student experience, including service, engagement, and support.
• Develop and implement program-specific business plans, budgets, and performance measures.
• Coordinate with faculty and international partners to align program delivery with academic objectives.
• Represent the EMBA programs at corporate, alumni, and recruiting events.
