Associate Product Operations Manager

About the role

The Associate Product Operations Manager will support the Product organization by improving operational efficiency and ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the Product Development Lifecycle. Working under the direction of the Senior Product Operations Manager, this role executes day-to-day tactics to maintain the Product Operating Model while contributing to continuous process improvements. The position requires a proactive individual to manage workflows, facilitate meetings, and provide data-informed insights to help product teams operate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the flow of work from intake through delivery by ensuring requests are complete and handoffs are clear.
• Serve as a first line of review for incoming requests and assist stakeholders with initiative readiness.
• Coordinate and facilitate recurring forums such as business reviews, roadmap sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain the product management tech stack, including workflow hygiene, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
• Support key operating processes including compliance reviews and cross-functional readiness.
• Track alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks for cross-functional initiatives.
• Gather and organize operational data to help identify trends and inform process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation efforts to build repeatable ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience
