About the role

The Founding Deployment Strategist will own the rollout and adoption of AI systems, ensuring that automations are effectively integrated into claims teams. This role acts as a bridge between engineering and non-technical users, translating technical capabilities into actionable deployment plans and measuring the success of new implementations. The strategist is responsible for defining training needs, managing workflow changes, and gathering feedback to ensure automations are trusted and utilized as designed.

• Define how new automations are introduced to claims teams including training and workflow adjustments.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and non-technical teams to translate requirements and technical capabilities.
• Develop and execute deployment plans for AI systems.
• Track usage and gather feedback to measure adoption and identify potential issues.
