About the role
DataCamp is seeking a Director of Partnerships and Technology Alliances to build and lead a function that scales the company's curriculum. This player-coach role involves defining partnership strategy, closing deals with content providers and technology vendors, and managing a growing team to bring high-quality educational content to millions of learners.
Responsibilities
- Own DataCamp's partnership strategy for curriculum, including content providers, technology vendors, and marquee experts.
- Source, negotiate, and close partnerships, including licensed content, co-branded content, and official vendor certifications.
- Build and manage senior relationships across the AI, data, and cloud ecosystem.
- Collaborate with curriculum, product, legal, and marketing teams to launch partnership content.
- Define partner quality standards and manage the commercial and contractual aspects of agreements.
- Hire, coach, and grow a partnerships team while maintaining a personal portfolio of relationships.
- Report on partnership performance to leadership and optimize the partner portfolio.
