Customer & Field Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer & Field Marketing Manager will own customer and expansion marketing initiatives in partnership with Customer Success, while executing field and event motions. This role is responsible for building and managing reference and advocacy programs, creating sales enablement assets, and ensuring field and event execution ROI. The position serves as a bridge between marketing narratives and sales execution to drive expansion pipeline and net revenue retention.

Responsibilities

• Build custom sales decks and assets for client engagements with a focus on enterprise deals.
• Operationalize master pitches and battlecards and onboard sales representatives to these materials.
• Execute events including booth management, on-site meetings, and follow-through to ensure ROI.
• Own the reference and advocacy program by recruiting advocates and producing case studies.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to produce outcome data and field enablement materials.
