Data and Strategy Analyst

About the role

Plentific is seeking a Data and Strategy Analyst to support teams across the business in making data-led decisions. You will translate commercial questions into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and insights while collaborating with Data Engineering and various internal stakeholders. The role focuses on driving performance through predictive workflows, commercial analysis, and the strategic use of AI to accelerate reporting and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a KPI framework to ensure consistent metrics across teams.
• Build dashboards in Looker for transactional revenue, contractor performance, and client health.
• Build predictive workflows to flag issues early and enable proactive team action.
• Identify and size growth opportunities through commercial analysis and strategic deep dives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define requirements for new data fields and models.
• Use AI tools to explore data and draft insights while ensuring output accuracy.
