The Data Protection Manager will drive compliance and act as a trusted advisor on privacy-related matters within the Legal Department. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to embed privacy requirements into products and initiatives while balancing regulatory compliance with business needs. You will work at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation to support the company's growth in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive data protection compliance across the business and act as a trusted advisor on privacy-related matters.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure privacy requirements are embedded into new products, services, and business initiatives.
  • Conduct data mapping activities, DPIAs, and TIAs, translating regulatory requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
  • Manage key processes and documentation, including records of processing activities, privacy notices, policies, and procedures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements, and support the handling of data subject rights requests.
  • Coordinate the assessment and resolution of data protection incidents, including remediation measures and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications
