Senior Global Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Senior Global HR Specialist supports the delivery of internal human resources services for employees throughout Europe and for international employees engaged through Employer of Record arrangements. The role coordinates employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, payroll and benefits administration, immigration processes, and compliance activities in alignment with corporate standards. The position independently manages routine matters while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support global business operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European business units and international EOR and contingent worker populations.
• Serve as an operational contact for employees, managers, EOR providers, and internal partners.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, leave coordination, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and related HR documentation.
• Coordinate EOR employee administration including benefits, payroll inputs, and issue resolution.
• Support employee relations by gathering facts and escalating complex disciplinary or compliance issues.
• Coordinate immigration and work-authorization activities and track documentation.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration and maintain accurate HRIS data.

Qualifications
