Staff Data Engineer - GTM

About the role

This role owns the foundation of account and contact data that drives go-to-market decisions at Intercom. You will build and maintain systems for entity resolution, account hierarchy modeling, and data sourcing to ensure high-quality data for Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. The position involves working closely with GTM Systems and RevOps to directly impact commercial outcomes through robust data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Owning account identity by building entity-resolution layers and deduplication pipelines.
• Modelling account hierarchies to link subsidiaries to corporate parents.
• Building account and contact sourcing pipelines to deliver CRM-ready data.
• Developing LLM-powered enrichment frameworks using web search and crawling tools.
• Managing data quality through dbt models, Snowflake, and Airflow orchestration.
• Partnering with GTM teams to understand business requirements and propose data solutions.
