Praktikant People Operations

About the role

As a People Operations intern, you will provide active support for administrative and organizational HR topics while gaining comprehensive insight into the entire employee life cycle. You will serve as a primary contact for team members and assist with various HR processes. This position is limited to a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Take independent responsibility for tasks within the entire employee life cycle, from preboarding to offboarding
• Independently answer inquiries via the ticket system
• Organize and coordinate onboarding for new starters
• Independently prepare employment references
• Contribute to additional topics such as employee benefits or process optimization with AI
