About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Tech Advisory, you will play a key role in complex transformation projects, supporting clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management to drive strategy development and operational implementation. Your role involves bringing structure and clarity to projects while applying agile methodologies to ensure effective results.

Responsibilities

• Supporting transformation initiatives by assisting clients in the structured development and optimization of organizations, processes, and ways of working
• Managing the interface between business and IT by gathering, structuring, and aligning business requirements
• Planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with a focus on sustainable results
• Applying agile methodologies and taking on roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Designing and supporting transformation processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing efficient, digitally enabled processes
• Conducting structured analyses and preparing content for decision-makers and steering committees
