General Manager, DACH

About the role

Notion is seeking a General Manager for the DACH region to lead the go-to-market strategy and growth plan for Germany. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, scaling a country-first GTM motion, and driving revenue outcomes while embedding AI-native workflows into customer engagements. The successful candidate will act as a second-line leader, fostering a builder-oriented culture and representing the voice of German customers to internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany.
• Lead and develop frontline managers and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, and Architecture functions.
• Scale a country-first GTM motion to increase market presence and customer success.
• Accelerate the land engine by connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motions.
• Embed AI-era GTM models and agentic transformation into the German market strategy.
• Build and manage partner motions, including co-sell plays and joint account planning.
• Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, and territory planning.
