General Manager, DACH

About the role

Notion is seeking a General Manager for the DACH region to lead our go-to-market strategy and regional growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, scaling our country-first GTM motion, and driving AI-native workflows for our customers. You will report to the General Manager, EMEA, and serve as a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany.
• Lead as a second-line manager, hiring and developing frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, and Architecture functions.
• Scale a country-first GTM motion to increase market presence and customer success.
• Accelerate the land engine by connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motions.
• Embed AI-era GTM models and agentic transformation into the German market strategy.
• Build and manage partner motions, including co-sell plays and joint account planning.
• Represent the voice of German customers to internal Product, Marketing, and leadership teams.
