About the role

Harmattan AI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 20 operators during a period of industrial growth. You will be responsible for the daily performance of your production lines, focusing on safety, quality, deadlines, and productivity. This role involves managing team development, executing production plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a demanding technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Encadrer, animer et développer une équipe d’environ 20 opérateurs
• Organiser les ressources en fonction du plan de production
• Exécuter le plan de production quotidien et hebdomadaire
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance tels que le TRS, le rendement et le scrap
• Identifier les pertes de performance et proposer des actions d’amélioration
• Garantir le respect strict des règles de sécurité et la conformité des produits
