Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources department. This entry-level position supports onboarding, employee records, HR system transactions, recruitment coordination, employee communications, and general HR department operations.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate communications using approved templates
• Track candidate status and documentation in the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities after an offer has been accepted
• Coordinate with hiring managers, Payroll, Information Technology, Learning and Development, and other departments to support new-hire readiness
• Assist with personnel-file, I-9, benefits, training, and HR data audits
• Route plan interpretation and eligibility questions to the HR Generalist or appropriate team member
• Provide general administrative support for the HR team, including scheduling meetings, tracking training completion, and preparing reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of administrative, customer service, office, recruiting, payroll, healthcare, or Human Resources support experience
• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, Human Resources coursework, internship, or relevant professional training
