Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer serves as a strategic business partner responsible for maximizing the effectiveness, focus, and operational efficiency of a global revenue executive. This role extends beyond traditional administrative support, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The assistant acts as an extension of the CRO's office to ensure communication flows effectively and critical business initiatives remain on track.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CRO.
• Proactively manage the CRO's inbox and communication flow.
• Own and manage a highly complex global calendar spanning multiple time zones.
• Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Lead the planning and execution of executive-level meetings and events.
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and follow-through across distributed teams.
• Manage expenses, invoices, procurement activities, and administrative processes.
