Working Student System Administration

About the role

As a Working Student in System Administration, you will support the IT infrastructure team by managing hardware and software for the Berlin office. You will assist with provisioning Windows and OSX environments, troubleshooting network issues, and contributing to IT security and automation projects. This role is designed for a currently enrolled student who is eager to apply practical IT knowledge in a dynamic, international team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for hardware and software support for the local team
• Provision and maintain Windows and OSX-based IT equipment
• Manage local networks and assist with troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation
• Develop and implement automation workflows to improve existing processes
• Support IT security initiatives including cyber attack prevention and backup management
