About the role
Geordie AI is seeking a founding Account Manager for the EMEA region to manage relationships with our first 50 enterprise customers and strategic accounts. You will adapt existing customer processes for the region, drive renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and product growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting and a strong commercial focus on expansion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for EMEA customers and strategic accounts.
- Lead onboarding and implementation processes while establishing and tracking milestones.
- Adapt and improve customer playbooks and health metrics for the EMEA market.
- Troubleshoot technical issues hands-on and coordinate with support and engineering teams.
- Own and deliver on renewal targets while identifying at-risk accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs within the product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable renewal and expansion forecasts.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of owning and delivering a renewal number

- Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers across multiple stakeholders
