About the role

The Site Project Manager will oversee operational management of a construction site within the nuclear sector. This role involves ensuring contractual compliance, budget and schedule adherence, and QSSE standards while managing site teams and subcontractors. A key focus is maintaining a strong, trust-based relationship with the final client through diplomatic communication and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all site operations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage site supervisors, preparers, quality controllers, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client.
• Facilitate weekly meetings and provide regular reporting to project management.
• Monitor physical progress of works and coordinate resource and material needs.
• Manage site contingencies, technical issues, and incidents.
• Ensure documentary compliance and validate monthly work status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping, or Thermal Engineering
