About the role

The Senior Bid & Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of complex bids and projects within the Qualified Space Products sector. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle from requirements analysis and proposal creation to project planning and final delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. The position acts as a central interface for stakeholders, partners, and suppliers while driving business development and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex bids and projects from requirements analysis to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, milestones, quality, and contractual goals.
• Create and manage initial project planning and project baselines.
• Evaluate the technical, economic, and contractual feasibility of projects.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Act as the central interface for customers, internal departments, and international partners.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and support business development activities.
