About the role

Tandem Health is a fast-scaling health-tech company seeking a Bid Manager to own the end-to-end tender process across the UK and Ireland. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, high-quality bid responses and managing the company's bid library and strategy. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities and improving win rates through effective project management and clear, impactful writing.

Responsibilities

• Own bids end to end: qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, planning, kick-off, drafting, review, compliance checks, submission and clarification questions.
• Write and edit responses on clinical value, implementation, clinical safety, information governance, security, social value and pricing.
• Work with subject matter experts to get the right input on time and turn complex technical and regulatory detail into clear, compliant answers.
• Develop win themes and executive summaries that connect evidence to buyer scoring criteria.
• Track upcoming tenders, frameworks and dynamic markets to support commercial leadership decision-making.
• Keep the bid library current with standard answers, case studies, evidence, policies and certifications.
• Run post-bid reviews and collect evaluator feedback to improve win rates.
• Improve bidding processes, including the use of AI tools and workflows.

Qualifications
