About the role
Quandela is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategic technology and R&D programs. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams across quantum physics, photonics, and semiconductor technologies to turn ambitious technical objectives into structured, executable programs. You will ensure alignment between technical performance, schedule, resources, and budget while managing complex dependencies in a demanding engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic R&D and technology projects from initial framing through final delivery.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, and critical paths.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including quantum physics, photonics, electronics, and software engineering.
- Establish program governance and ensure effective decision-making across technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against milestones and drive recovery plans when projects deviate from objectives.
- Manage technical interfaces, project risks, and opportunities across internal and external stakeholders.
