About the role
As an IT Project Manager, you will guide software development projects from initialization to successful completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding goals, requirements, timelines, and progress. The role requires a structured approach to managing project quality, budget, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage software development projects regarding quality, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate project teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Support the transition from sales to project implementation and facilitate structured project initialization.
- Structure requirements, support scope management, and ensure transparency regarding project changes.
- Monitor project efforts, schedules, and dependencies to identify deviations early.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation measures in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare and moderate project status meetings, workshops, and client meetings.
