Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant will drive digital transformation within the social security sector by guiding clients from initial concepts to successful implementation. This role involves analyzing business processes, developing digital solutions for administrative tasks, and coordinating between clients, partners, and internal development teams. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor, managing projects and facilitating workshops to ensure sustainable improvements and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Support social security organizations in the digitalization and modernization of administrative processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization potential and develop sustainable solutions.
• Capture, structure, and evaluate complex requirements from regulatory and organizational contexts.
• Coordinate project activities between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage digitalization and transformation projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, and results.
• Plan, moderate, and document workshops and stakeholder meetings.
