About the role

Goldmantax is seeking an IT professional to support the firm's digitalization, automation, and IT operations. The role involves process documentation, system implementation, interface management, and providing first and second-level support to ensure stable IT workflows within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Betreuung der eingesetzten SaaS-Anwendungen (User-/Lizenzverwaltung, Konfiguration, Berechtigungen)
• Einrichtung, Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software
• Dokumentation und Konzeption digitaler Geschäftsprozesse (SOPs, Checklisten)
• Planung und Einführung neuer Software- und IT-Lösungen
• Verbinden von Standardlösungen über Schnittstellen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automationen für wiederkehrende Aufgaben
• Anwenderschulung und -betreuung (First/Second Level), Erstellung von Leitfäden
• Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung über Ticketsystem
