Forward Deployed AI Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will be the technical authority in customer projects, responsible for designing architectures and integrating AI solutions into existing system landscapes. You will work directly with clients to implement RAG pipelines, agents, and automations, ensuring that solutions are productive and deliver measurable value. This role involves bridging the gap between technical implementation and business strategy, while contributing to the development of internal frameworks and products.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI into customer system landscapes.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of use cases based on data availability, costs, and impact.
• Collaborate closely with customer IT departments regarding interfaces, data integration, and security.
• Provide technical consulting to stakeholders ranging from departments to executive management.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal frameworks and products based on project insights.
• Conduct knowledge transfer through live sessions and training programs.
