About the role

This role offers the opportunity to conduct a Bachelor's or Master's thesis focused on machine learning and AI agents within a large-scale e-commerce environment. You will work with experienced software engineers to research and develop solutions for automated offer cataloging using foundation models and cloud-based ML systems. The position bridges academic research with practical engineering challenges at a major price comparison platform.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop agentic AI systems for recognizing, processing, and cataloging product offers.
• Explore the application of Foundation Models and Large Language Models to e-commerce product classification.
• Develop ML solutions in Python using frameworks such as PyTorch and AWS technologies.
• Investigate current scientific approaches and evaluate them using real-world datasets.
• Apply research findings to improve automated offer cataloging while considering production-ready system requirements.

Qualifications
