About the role

AITAD is seeking a Data Scientist and Team Lead to manage their data science team and strategy. The role involves mentoring team members, developing data collection concepts, and implementing machine learning models for embedded systems. You will work directly on industrial and electronic projects, focusing on high-quality, hardware-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data science team, including organization and strategy.
• Onboard and mentor full-time engineers, working students, interns, and apprentices.
• Analyze, prepare, and perform machine learning modeling on specific processes and measured data.
• Develop and execute concepts for data collection.
• Generate ideas for the evaluation and analysis of collected data.
• Implement machine learning models while considering constraints imposed by MCUs.
