Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will manage multiple projects in parallel, ranging from guided onboarding for commercial customers to leading enterprise-level engagements. This role requires a hands-on approach to configuration, integration coordination, and testing to drive successful go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel at different stages, and keep every one of them on date.
• Work with customers on their processes, and flag early where a process assumption will not hold.
• Coordinate the specialists on your projects: Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists.
• Own scope actively, recognize change requests, and handle them deliberately.
• Keep the project inside its budget, and raise it early when the effort is drifting.
• Hand over cleanly at go-live to our Consultants and support organization.
