Strategic Project Manager

About the role

The Strategic Project Manager will lead large-scale, global business process transformations for enterprise customers. You will orchestrate complex programs across multiple ERP systems and legal entities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role involves managing steering committees, leading internal delivery teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end from kick-off to go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel and keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate internal specialists including Integrations Engineers and AI Automation Specialists.
• Own project scope actively and manage change requests deliberately.
• Drive the first go-live and manage subsequent wave planning across countries and entities.
• Run steering committees and own the resulting decisions.
• Write and execute recovery plans when programs go off track.
• Lead and coach project teams on engagements.
