Senior Professional Services Consultant

About the role

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will own the end-to-end implementation of the WalkMe digital adoption platform for complex, high-stakes organizations. This role involves partnering directly with customers to design and build solutions that drive meaningful change in how enterprise users interact with complex platforms. You will lead projects, analyze usage data, and provide expert consultation to ensure successful delivery and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement interactive experiences to drive business impact and enhance end-user onboarding.
• Work closely with customer application owners to understand business objectives and provide expert advice on WalkMe solutions.
• Lead end-to-end projects, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor and analyze usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on best practices and product features.
• Identify and resolve issues related to implementation to ensure smooth functionality across platforms.
