About the role

Pigment is seeking a Solutions Architect to transform customer business requirements into sophisticated multi-dimensional models. You will design and build Pigment applications, train customers to ensure self-sufficiency, and act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team. This role involves leading cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document business requirements
• Design and build Pigment applications
• Train and co-build with customers to ensure solution self-sufficiency
• Participate in and lead UAT and deployment processes
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs
• Serve as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the product team
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodology and processes
