Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Camunda is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead the production deployment of ProcessOS at enterprise customer sites. You will own the end-to-end deployment journey, from initial process file to a fully functioning, autonomous system, while collaborating with global teams to improve product performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape a new product and field practice from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and prove ProcessOS workflows at enterprise customer sites to achieve measurable fitness gains.
• Drive organizational adoption by building trust with technical and business stakeholders.
• Configure and run Camunda clusters in local and cloud environments while debugging integration failures.
• Build custom agents and connector logic to integrate legacy enterprise systems with ProcessOS.
• Document deployment playbooks and contribute field insights and code back into the core product.
• Train customer teams to operate the platform independently and hand off functioning capabilities.
