About the role

Camunda is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead the production deployment of ProcessOS at enterprise customer sites. You will own the end-to-end deployment journey, from initial process file to a fully functional, autonomous system, while collaborating with global teams to refine product patterns. This role offers the opportunity to shape a new field practice and product from its inception.

Responsibilities

  • Own the deployment journey from the first process file to a production-ready workflow.
  • Drive organizational adoption by building trust with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Configure and manage Camunda clusters in local and cloud environments.
  • Debug integration failures and build custom agents or connector logic for legacy systems.
  • Document deployment playbooks and contribute integration patterns back to the product team.
  • Train customer teams to operate the platform independently.
