About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a large-scale enterprise training program for a leading industrial client. You will act as the central interface between internal teams, coaches, and the client to ensure cohorts start and finish on schedule while monitoring learner success. You will also develop and optimize processes using data and AI tools to ensure the program remains scalable and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire program lifecycle including cohort planning, operations, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate between coaches, client operations, and engineering teams while serving as the primary contact for the client.
  • Design, document, and implement scalable processes for enterprise delivery and identify automation opportunities.
  • Monitor learner progress and identify potential bottlenecks or dropout risks using dashboards and data.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to the client to understand their training structures and requirements.
  • Define key results and continuously refine processes based on team feedback and changing conditions.
