About the role
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand growth across international markets, with a focus on the EU. This role acts as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, translating global priorities into locally relevant programs while managing regional budgets and performance metrics. The position requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics to optimize investment and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional field marketing strategy, developing and executing integrated, multi-channel plans that align with global priorities.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact regional and multi-market events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Serve as the regional expert in adapting and scaling global campaigns to resonate with target audiences.
- Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive demand generation and lead nurturing programs across the full buyer journey.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership on go-to-market planning, account-based initiatives, and territory priorities.
- Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and leverage market insights to optimize programs and inform investment decisions.
- Manage regional field marketing budgets to maximize ROI and balance short-term impact with long-term growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
