Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to drive strategic decision-making and ensure operational execution across the company. This role involves managing the company's operating rhythm, leading cross-functional projects, and supporting go-to-market strategies for GPU and AI products. The position requires a strong analytical background to manage investor relations and translate high-level strategy into actionable priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the company, from leadership meetings and priority setting to follow-through on every decision.
• Lead strategic projects across product, commercial, and finance departments from hypothesis to implementation.
• Take GPU and AI inference products to market by defining target segments and go-to-market strategies.
• Run financing and investor work, including financial modeling and preparation of board materials.
• Translate founder strategy into clear priorities, owners, and deadlines for the leadership team.
