Project Manager

About the role

Cofinity-X is seeking a Project Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of large-scale, publicly funded European AI research projects. The role involves managing multi-partner consortia, overseeing project financials, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. You will act as the primary contact for funding bodies and collaborate with the Machine Learning team to deliver technical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Steer all work packages across multiple projects including planning scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage multi-partner consortia of industrial companies, research institutions, and associations
• Act as the primary contact for funding bodies and project management agencies
• Own project financials including budget planning, cost tracking, and personnel planning
• Ensure compliance with national and European funding and state aid requirements
• Coordinate dissemination activities such as publications, open-source releases, and events
