Director, Global Supply Chain Integration

About the role

The Director, Global Supply Chain Integration will operate at the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing, and supply chain risk management to support Anduril's expansion in Europe. This role involves building supplier relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to growth teams, and developing the infrastructure necessary for rapid scaling within complex regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Fuel European expansion by supporting growth and corporate development teams in forging industry relationships.
• Shape pre-contract strategy by driving scope definition, proposal development, and term sheet generation.
• Monitor and analyze European industrial ecosystem dynamics and regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop regional supply base by qualifying suppliers across diverse commodity categories.
• Lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, and onboarding.
• Navigate regulatory complexity by ensuring compliance with European regulations such as REACH, RoHS, and export controls.
• Serve as primary liaison between engineering, operations, and European manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
