Senior FP&A Finance Specialist

About the role

The EMEA Sales Senior Finance Specialist will partner with EMEA Sales and Finance leadership to provide financial analysis, business intelligence, and strategic insights. This role focuses on supporting go-to-market decision-making by analyzing pipeline, bookings, and performance indicators while driving financial planning and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership and the Deal Desk to provide financial and commercial analysis for deal decisions and go-to-market strategy.
• Analyze business trends, customer buying patterns, pipeline, and market performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain financial models covering headcount, expenses, commissions, pipeline, and bookings.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities including Expense-to-Bookings analysis.
• Manage expense activities for EMEA Sales teams, monitoring performance against budget plans and identifying financial risks.
• Provide analytical support to the International Sales AVP on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Drive process improvement and automation to increase reporting efficiency and business scalability.
