Finance Manager

About the role

As an AI-Native Finance Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling the finance function as the company grows internationally. This role combines FP&A, business partnering, accounting, and finance operations, requiring you to own financial processes while leveraging technology and AI to build a modern, efficient finance stack.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while acting as a finance business partner.
• Drive financial reporting and analysis by building models, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Own and improve operational finance processes including invoice workflows, reconciliations, and month-end preparation.
• Build and improve the finance stack by connecting systems and automating recurring processes.
• Support international growth by working with external accounting partners and managing statutory requirements.
