About the role
As a Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in securing and developing the long-term financing for Kopfsachen. You will research relevant funding opportunities, write compelling grant applications, and manage reporting to ensure our impact is visible to partners. This role involves close collaboration with our locations and the impact and communication teams to streamline fundraising processes.
Responsibilities
- Research relevant funding programs, calls for proposals, and potential funding partners to identify new financing opportunities.
- Develop and write compelling grant applications and manage the associated progress reports.
- Monitor ongoing applications, deadlines, and requirements to ensure reliable and structured project management.
- Develop new approaches for financing and implement structures and processes to increase fundraising efficiency.
- Act as a contact person for location managers regarding financing and support them with regional grant applications.
- Contribute to impact and annual reports by preparing scientific results, key figures, and impact data for funding partners.
