Founder's Associate

About the role

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders on high-impact projects across the company. You will take ownership of cross-functional initiatives, from problem framing to execution, while gaining exposure to the full stack of building an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Structure internal processes, track key metrics, and execute cross-functional projects.
• Identify and qualify potential partners and lead outreach, meetings, and deal execution.
• Gather client and user insights to translate field feedback into product priorities.
• Build strategic materials, manage investor interactions, and conduct market analysis.
• Automate internal workflows using AI tools for reporting, research, and outreach.
