Junior Strategy & Operations

About the role

Outpost is looking for a junior generalist to join their operations team and work directly with the founding team. You will own concrete workstreams across product, onboarding, market launches, finance, and go-to-market initiatives. This role is designed for someone who values breadth over depth and wants to solve complex problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Gather pain points and scope features for the product roadmap
• Track product performance and competitive positioning
• Improve processes across onboarding, compliance, and merchant operations
• Support new market launches by driving legal, tax, and operational checklists
• Build and maintain financial models for unit economics and market planning
• Maintain KPI tracking and reporting
• Prepare materials for investor updates and board meetings
