About the role

Buena is looking for a Team Lead to oversee the integration of newly acquired property management firms into their technology-driven operations. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, resolving operational bottlenecks, and training teams to use the Buena app effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing property administration processes and providing feedback to the product team to improve software functionality.

Responsibilities

• Work in the daily operations of property management offices to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Establish clear responsibilities and sustainable processes within teams.
• Train staff on the use of the Buena software in their daily tasks.
• Provide insights from field operations to the product team to enhance the application.
• Travel to various property management locations across Germany as needed.
