About the role
The Director, Revenue Operations will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function, managing the data, systems, and processes that enable the team to scale. This role combines business operations with chief-of-staff responsibilities, partnering with the VP of Partnerships to drive strategy, organizational effectiveness, and high-stakes internal communications. The position will eventually involve building and leading a team of 3-5 staff to manage fundraising technology, donor experience, and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising, including pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Define and standardize Fundraising KPIs aligned to Board reporting needs.
- Design and institutionalize operating rhythms such as pipeline reviews and QBRs.
- Develop revenue systems and processes to support scalable growth and donor journeys.
- Own revenue reconciliation, pledge tracking, and audit support.
- Partner with the VP on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and structural improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between Fundraising and Finance, Compliance, and Grants Management.

Qualifications
